Some pullage is better than no Pullage.. Sat and Mon.

I went to a new fishing spot Saturday only to get skunked once again.  I'm not sure what's the deal with this spot... I was hoping for some croaker, perch but ended up with Cow Nose Rays and nothing else..  Somewhat Disappointing but still nice to be out there...

With the left over bait I decided to try my hand at Sandy Point Sunday afternoon to see if I could get into the action... I wishing for Croaker and Rock but ended up getting Catfish...

PLO 4-14-2012

After talking to Andre about spending some time on the water we decided to travel down to PLO and try our luck. Figuring the Pier would get crowded we decided to fish the lighthouse.. Well that decision may have been the w

orse decision of the year..LOL The only action we experienced was the Alwives crashing into our lines, I fished for about 12 hours and nothing to put in the cooler... With that said it was nice spending time with a good friend talking $hit and acting like fools... oh.. It was nice to see you again Croaker D...

P.S. the guys on the Pier had better luck than us but the croakers seem to still not be in Full force just yet...

Fished NB on 4-9-12 hoping for some early croaker action, but only caught one Cat Fish to show for it.. It was still nice to get out..

Fishing my Private Paradise.. 4-1-12

Got up this Morning at 6am and was out the door by 630am.. I arrived at my favorite spot a little but after 8am and ran into a Very Friendly guy (Mr. Kwan) that was also unloading his car. We talking down to our spot and set up hoping the fishing would be good.. Well everything seemed perfect... The water was clear, and the tide was coming in, but maybe a little bit too early for the Croaker and the rocks weren't biting...Oh well... Maybe next time.... Man it was nice to be out today!!!!

I decided this week tuesday would be the best day for me to go fishing. After work I stop by my house and got my two week old BW's and headed to the pier closet to my house. I was able to secure the best spot in the house and set up and wait for the Fireworks...

Things picked up about an hour

before High Tide...


Once things picked up it was all about the WP's... I had steady action but it wasn't on fire, but still nice to be out and having fun!!!!

Skunk City, Skunk Skunk City!

Left home at 8:30 and arrived to my destination at 10am. Setup four rods and had bait in the water by 10:30am, with plans to slay the ROCKS.. It should have been a day to remember.. The day was Rockfish WEATHER; it was Rainy, Overcast and just plain depressing.. I soaked bait for 8 hours with out even a bite, so I packed it up and drove home feeling defeated.. JUST PLAYING!!! LOL It was nice to be out plus I had a chance to work on my rusty cast.. :)

SPSP on a Tuesday afternoon

Arrived at Sandy Point State Park at 3:30pm and fished my favorite spot. I ran across some people I knew and spent the day running my mouth. The action was slow but schoolies were caught by a good number of people, and mine came after the sun went down.. Slow day but way better than working..

First Try at my new Spot

I went to my new spot on the Eastern Shore hoping to get some striper action. We fished from 1030am to 6pm and didn't even get a bite.. IT was still nice getting out spending time with my brother...

I decided to try my luck at Sandy Point State Park today. It was a total complete skunk but still good to get out and enjoy the nice weather... It's official I will now be going once a week for the next two months..

It's about that time..

Tomorrow I will go out and try my luck at one of my favorite fishing spots (Sandy Point State Park). It's still kinda early but with this freaky weather anything is possible... White Perch, and Striped Bass will be the Targeted Fish but we will see if the Fishing Gods bless me... :)

A Little Piece of Heaven

So I get up Saturday morning, and decided I wanted to check out a fishing spot I've been wanting to see in person for sometime. Really didn't want to drive my Durango (16mpg) 70 Miles one way so I decided to make it a family trip. So with a little begging I was able to get the Wife and one of my girls to come along. We had a great time on the Eastern Shore, and we all left happy.. I saw my new fishing spot, and she went shopping so everyone got what they wanted..

Now this is the money shot..... Check out that water, and how things drop off close to shore... I think this spot will be good in the Spring and Fall, it might not be the best in the summer unless you fish it at Night... :)

Ok time to get focused.....

It's a new year and the time when I normally get ready for the upcoming fishing season. Making sinkers, fishing rigs and buying new gear is the norm..... Gets get ready to get focused!
